Anand is an experienced HR professional and consultant, with 20 years’ experience across industries in organisations such as Accenture, Aon Hewitt and Elasticrun. He has envisioned, set up and run Learning, Leadership Development and OD units in global and Indian organisations, to directly aid people and organisational results. As a consultant, he has developed and implemented solutions in areas such as Organisation Design, Performance Management and Leadership Development across several clients.

He brings multi-faceted skills across strategy, design and development, and execution. He leads with a deep desire to do the right thing, first-principles thinking, depth and detail in solutioning, and a bias for action. He strives to be a trusted partner to his clients and stakeholders and embeds himself well in the system to be able to bring about credible change.

An ICF-certified Leadership Coach (ACC) who has helped several people find their purpose and empowered them to find their own answers. He is also an energetic and versatile facilitator who has conducted over a hundred programmes across management levels. His consulting work is powered by his coaching and facilitation skills.

He has extended his professional skills on the academic side as well. He was the Learning Advisory Council Lead for ISB MBA programmes and a Visiting Faculty at Welingkar Business School.

Anand is an MBA from the Indian School of Business (Strategy and Operations) and an Engineer from NIT Calicut (Mechanical).

On the personal side, he is a life-seeker and a well-being champion. He is a certified Yoga teacher and an Indigenous Knowledge System teacher, and brings these lessons into the workplace too. He is a parent to two boys and is learning immensely from being part of their lives and growth.
