Rahul Baunthiyal is a Human Resources and Transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience advising promoters, Boards, NRCs, CEOs and business leaders on leadership, talent, rewards and organizational effectiveness. He currently serves as Group Vice President – Human Resources at Hinduja Group, where he leads the HR function for Corporate Centre and the HR Centre of Excellence for almost 18 Hinduja Group Companies. 

Prior to joining Hinduja Group, Rahul spent nearly a decade with Ernst & Young, managing the People Advisory Services practice across the Middle East and West India. Over the course of his career, he has helped organizations navigate growth, transformation and leadership transitions through strategic interventions in HR strategy, executive compensation, rewards, succession planning, leadership development and organizational design. 

Rahul brings deep expertise in executive compensation and rewards strategy, including incentive design, long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), CEO/CXO compensation and governance frameworks. He has extensive cross-sector experience spanning Manufacturing, Financial Services, Energy, Telecom, Hospitality, Logistics, Retail and Technology.
