As the Director of Human Resources at MNP Community & Sport Centre, Michelle has  sixteen years of experience providing organizations with human resource expertise and innovation. In her role at MNP Community & Sport Center, she has been dedicated to creating efficiencies with new technology, and developing agile systems for an unpredictable environment.
Before joining MNP Community & Sport Centre, Michelle worked at WestJet for eighteen years where she held many different roles: Flight Attendant, Recruiter, Facilitator, Instructional Designer, and Manager. Michelle's passion for human resources began when she saw the need to attract and develop great talent at WestJet. 

She completed an MBA in 2017 and earned her CPHR designation in 2020. Her passion is inspiring others on their career path and fostering a culture of professional development by providing employees the tools they need to be successful.
