Janet brings over a decade of experience in Total Rewards, currently the Director, Executive Compensation at Sun Life. Over the past eight years, she has taken on various roles within Total Rewards at Sun Life, including employee compensation, total benefits, and executive compensation. Her diverse background provides invaluable insights for career navigation. Before Sun Life, Janet worked at Rogers, focusing on employee compensation. Outside of work, Janet stays active in the Total Rewards community as a board member for the Greater Toronto Area Rewards Association (GTARA), fostering a vibrant community for Total Rewards professionals in the GTA. When she is not “Total Rewarding”, she enjoys travelling with her family.
