Mary-Ann Petersen is a Senior Total Rewards Specialist with a deep technical expertise in compensation with 15+ years of experience designing, implementing and optimizing Total Reward programs, policies, processes and practices. She is known for being a strong collaborator who is committed to fostering positive relationships along with a proven track record of leading and delivering compensation programs in both the public and private sector for organizations ranging in size from 1,000 - 12,000 employees. 

In addition to working for STEP Energy Services, Mary-Ann also is an instructor for WorldatWork for Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation, Market Pricing and Variable Pay.

She is an active member of the Calgary Total Rewards Network (CTRN).  In her spare time, she enjoys mentoring others, reading, camping, hiking, and time with friends and family.
