Carolyn Kildare founded Cadence Compensation in 2023 to help clients develop sustainable, competitive broad-based compensation programs. At Cadence, Carolyn collaborates with clients to refine their compensation philosophy, create a robust job architecture, and develop market-aligned salary structures.  Prior to founding Cadence, Carolyn was a senior compensation consultant with Mercer Canada. She has served as Board Secretary with the Calgary Total Rewards Network (CTRN) for the past four years.
