Shelley has worked at Sun Life for over 10 years with focus on compensation and benefits and now holds a hybrid role encompassing total rewards, global mobility, performance & careers, enterprise employee relations, and HRBP support for the People & Culture function. Prior to Sun Life, Shelley worked at Mercer for over 10 years providing compensation consulting in both Canada and the US. 

Outside of work, Shelley is a member of the Greater Toronto Area Rewards Association Advisory Board. She is also a board member and chair of the Strategic Planning Committee for Camp Kirk, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping neurodiverse kids and youth reach their potential through recreational activities. She lives in Toronto (and prefers working in the office).
