Jason is a total rewards leader with 25 years international experience, designing and implementing global rewards programs.  He is the Vice President, Global Reward at Altus Group.  Prior to this, Jason held total roles with multinational companies based in Toronto, Switzerland and Hong Kong. 

Jason has an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.  He holds Certified Compensation and Global Remuneration Professional designations from WorldatWork.  He also has a Certified Human Resources Leader designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association in Ontario.

Jason is the Chair of the Advisory Board of the Greater Toronto Area Rewards Association, a not-for-profit focused on engaging total rewards professionals (www.gtarewards.ca).  He was the association’s Founding President and hosted five Canadian total rewards conferences over ten years, in partnership with total rewards associations across Canada and WorldatWork.  Jason has a strong professional network across Canada, the U.S. and abroad.
