Nadia is the Vice President, Total Rewards & Global Mobility at Walmart.  Nadia has senior level HR experience across multiple organizations and HR disciplines in national and global roles.  At Walmart, Nadia is accountable for innovating, developing and operationalizing total rewards strategies and initiatives that enable the business while considering associate experience and emerging industry trends. She is also responsible for managing the firm’s total rewards brand and communications.

She has over 20 years experience in the technology and financial technology industries, most recently in the retail sector. Nadia has held numerous volunteer leadership roles including her current role as a Board Member of the GTA Rewards Association, and formerly as Chair; Human Resources Forum for TECHNATION; and, as President, GTA Rewards Association. 

Nadia is married and lives in Toronto with her husband; and is a proud mom of 2 children, Nicholas and Amanda.
