Deepak Sachdev is a Principal Solutions Architect at beqom, where he designs and implements end-to-end compensation solutions for global financial services, technology and consumer firms, including Fortune 100 enterprises. He has led Total Rewards and EU Pay Transparency Directive implementations; ground-up pay-for-performance platform builds; and a pay prediction solution for a large firm that became one of the firm's earliest production AI use cases in HR.

Before joining beqom, Deepak spent a decade in-house leading Rewards technology: at Morgan Stanley he led a team of business analysts and guided the multi-year HR technology roadmap, and at Credit Suisse he delivered the Advanced and Executive Compensation platform for a global population of 50,000+.

Across all the roles, he delivered fifteen annual pay-for-performance cycles. His focus is making sure every compensation scenario is matched with the right tool and approach, so the results are accurate and explainable.
