Stacy Pettit is the HR and Organizational Development Director at the Miami County Board of Developmental Disabilities since 2018 and the HR Director for Preble County Board of Developmental Disabilities since 2022.

She has worked in human resources for over 25 years in social services, government, manufacturing, distribution and educational settings. Stacy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Ethnic Studies from Bowling Green State University, a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s in Education and Allied Professions from the University of Dayton. In addition, Stacy is a license professional counselor working in private practice.
