At Nationwide Financial, Jessica served as a professional industry speaker in her role as Director of Corporate Compliance. She developed and delivered customized training programs for broker-dealer firms and top-tiered financial advisors nationwide. She coached advisors and compliance officers on topics ranging from regulatory updates and product suitability to industry trends and client communication. Her widely attended webinars, conference sessions, and regional meetings for compliance officers, advisors, and executives established her as a trusted voice in financial education, and sharpened her ability to translate complex, technical material into engaging, actionable learning experiences.
At Morgan Stanley, Jessica served as Head of Digital Medial Design, Vice President of Training Design and Development. In this role, she headed up an organization for producing training and development materials specific to the financial advisors for Morgan Stanley. She was the project lead for the “Pressing Your Advantage” campaign which won a Barrons award in 2024. She also lead firm-wide initiatives that enhanced leadership effectiveness through executive coaching, leadership presence training, and strategic development programming. In a previous role as Vice President of Training and Content, she created a successful leadership "bench" program for newly promoted managers, emphasizing professional development skills like facilitating effective meetings, active listening, and navigating complex team dynamics. She also served as advisor for the site's "Mobility and Development" employee network group and was engaged in speaking to over 20 different organizations within Morgan Stanley on leadership and professional development.
Jessica's ability to connect with business leaders is further grounded in her own entrepreneurial experience. As co-owner and General Manager of TriFold LLC, she was involved in taking the business from an idea into a multimillion-dollar enterprise, deepening her understanding and empathy for the challenges business owners face in high-growth, high-pressure environments.
