Kami is an HR leader who helps companies align People & Culture with business strategy to drive measurable impact. Through her consulting practice, CultureHR, she provides project-based and Fractional HR support, specializing in Total Rewards, compensation, performance, and engagement.

She has designed Total Rewards frameworks and learning programs, guided organizations through M&A activity and rapid growth, and facilitated leadership retreats that align people practices with business outcomes. Her sector experience spans engineering, global consulting, healthcare, education, and consumer goods.

Kami also serves as VP, Professional Development for the BC Total Rewards Network and sits on the CPHR BC Advisory Council (roundtables portfolio).
