Kim Oliver is a Senior Director and the Toronto Market Leader of the Work and Rewards practice at WTW with over 20 years of experience. She works directly with clients at both the senior management and Board levels to address a variety of compensation and related needs.

Prior to joining WTW’s compensation advisory team, Kim spent five years working on WTW’s Canadian Rewards and Data Insights team where she developed survey submission materials, ensured quality and consistency of data, analyzed and reviewed data and managed report production. She led the Investment Management Compensation Survey (IMCS).

Kim works with publicly traded and privately held organizations, including family-owned/operated, not-for- profit and public (government) sector organizations. Her clients span a variety of industries including insurance, financial services, utilities and energy services, retail, industrial manufacturing and technology.
