Glenda is a Director in the Work & Rewards practice of WTW’s Toronto office and with extensive experience within global organizations to generate and implement creative and strategic human resources solutions and executing integrated total reward strategies.
Glenda has over 20 years of experience and joined WTW after being a strategic HR partner and advisor to senior executives, along with leading the total rewards function within financial, insurance and telecom industries. She has extensive experience leading and overseeing compensation design, job evaluation and pay equity programs, and brings a practical and pragmatic approach to the design of HR programs.
Throughout her career, Glenda has worked with CEOs, Heads of HR and other key stakeholders across all areas of human resources that support key talent priorities.
Glenda is on the Board of the Greater Toronto Rewards Association (GTARA), responsible for Strategic Initiatives and Sponsorships. She is a Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach
