With an MBA in Human Resources from HEC-UQAM, a certificate in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Mr. Gauthier returned to Sollio Cooperative Group in 2021, where he previously served as Senior Director of Compensation Group Insurance and HRIS from 2008 to 2015.

An engaging and visionary manager, Mr. Gauthier brings over 20 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong focus on organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alignment. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to lead complex change initiatives while fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong people-centric approach. Known for his strategic vision, perseverance and results-driven leadership, he has held senior roles at major consulting firms such as Mercer and Aon plc, where he helped clients navigate evolving business challenges.

Deeply committed to social causes, Mr. Gauthier has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Dans la rue since 2019, contributing to the mission of supporting and empowering homeless and at-risk youth.
