Kristie’s expertise spans several industries, having previously worked at Recipe Unlimited, where she specialized in compensation strategy and people analytics.

Kristie holds an Honours Bachelor Degree from McMaster University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, where she was recognized as Valedictorian.
