Jessica Pontious is a Partner at Novo Insights, an HR services firm helping organizations modernize their pay strategies and practices.

Jessica spent more than a decade as an in-house Rewards and HR leader at some of the largest restaurant and hospitality organizations in the country, including Inspire Brands, where she led through significant acquisition and integration work. She brings that practitioner's perspective to advisory work and thought leadership at Novo Insights. She is a contributor to WorldAtWork's Workspan Daily and Workspan Magazine.

Jessica lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and an extremely fluffy Siberian husky. Their college-aged son bleeds crimson and cream (Boomer Sooner!), and when she isn't cheering him on, she's following F1 races at new circuits around the world and planning the family's next travel adventure.
