Leah Richmond is a senior HR executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning Total Rewards, M&A integrations, and HR transformations. Throughout her career, she has led the design and delivery of competitive compensation, benefits, and equity programs; shepherded complex mergers, acquisitions, and post-deal integrations; and driven large-scale HR transformations that align people strategy with business outcomes. Known for her ability to bring clarity and structure to complex challenges, she has partnered with leadership at all levels across high-growth, global organizations to build programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Currently serving as Global Head of Total Rewards at GlobalLogic, she partners with executive leadership to translate business strategy and priorities into competitive, equitable rewards programs that drive retention and optimize cost. Her expertise spans global job architecture, compensation design, pay equity, and M&A integrations.
Leah’s career also includes senior roles at Mercer, Russell Investments, and Getty Images, along with co-founding her own business—giving her a uniquely broad perspective that spans corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial environments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Seattle University.
