He specializes in how his clients can leverage proven strategies, technologies, and operating models to drive compelling employee experiences and sustainable organization performance.

Chad is a frequent teacher and speaker on Total Rewards topics, including touchpoints with future of work, performance, competencies/skills, and technology, and he has been a faculty member with WorldatWork for over 15 years. Chad acquired his Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) from WorldatWork

Chad is a life-long resident of Colorado where he enjoys too many outdoor activities to mention. He received both a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Colorado.
