Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Michelle held influential roles in both financial services and mid-sized biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms. She excelled in implementing and enhancing equity-based compensation plans and their day-to-day administration. Michelle serves on the GEO Board of Directors for the 2024-2027 term and is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). She is a recognized speaker at industry events, including the NASPP, GEO, and the CEP Symposium, where she shares her deep knowledge and experiences in equity compensation.
