Radostin manages the intricacies of many of Equity Methods’ most complicated financial reporting processes. He is involved with many of the ESPP reporting cases and is known for his ability to analyze a problem’s multiple dimensions and to identify optimal solutions, especially in time-sensitive client engagements. He drives new client implementations and process improvements for some of the group’s most complex engagements, and is known throughout the practice for knowledge sharing and project management. His attention to detail and responsiveness are highly valued by his clients and his peers as well. His prior experience in the financial consulting industry has helped him acquire technical and conceptual modelling skills, which he applies in the course of serving clients at Equity Methods.
