Ashley is a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s Human Capital Solutions consulting practice.

Ashley has 15 years of experience working for both Human Resources consulting firms and public companies. She has assisted clients in various industries and markets with employment, HR and leaves of absence audits, human resources due diligence on merger and acquisitions projects, global benefits implementations, benefit plan implementations, and project management for large change programs.

Most recently, Ashley served as the Interim Benefits Director for a regional healthcare system.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Ashley worked both as a health and welfare benefits manager for a Fortune 50 company and as a benefits consultant.

Ashley has her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation and holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
