Frederick Guanzon is the Managing Director and Founder of novacrux, a botique consulting firm based in Sydney, Australia. With over two decades of consulting and industry experience, Frederick advises boards, senior executives, and management across diverse sectors such as sports, space, technology, and financial services.

Frederick's expertise lies in navigating the complexities of organisational transformatiom, M&A, executive remuneration, workforce rewards, performance management, and board governance. He is passionate about helping organisations create contemporary career and reward strategies that align with business goals and drive future success.

Frederick holds a Masters of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Masters of Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines. He also serves as a global faculty member for WorldatWork, delivering compensation and benefits courses in Australia.

He is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
