Cameron Mitton is currently working as a Senior Compensation Analyst at IMI Precision Engineering. In this role, he is responsible for supporting all Total Reward activities, along with HRIS support, auto fleet program management, and the HR standardization and continuous improvement projects in place globally for IMI.
Before joining IMI, Cam was part of Honeywell’s leadership development program where he held Senior HR Business Partner and Senior HRIS Analyst roles in the Aerospace and Safety and Productivity Solutions businesses. Cam has a deep affinity for data analytics, process improvement and HRIS implementation.
Cam holds an MSHR and an MBA with a Data Analytics emphasis from Utah State University. He is married with a beautiful baby girl and enjoys fishing, skiing, rock climbing, watching football, and playing the guitar.
