Hem has global responsibility for compensation (executive and broad-based), benefits, global mobility, recognition, equity administration, and payroll.  As a member of the HR Leadership Team, he focuses on embedding the company values and Mindsets into people processes and systems, building a culture of perpetual learning, and ensuring employee well-being is key to the employee value proposition. Hem also leads the team that develops Moderna’s annual corporate scorecard and the People and Culture section of the annual Long Range Plan, and is a member of the 401(K) Investment Committee.
