Marty heads Colgate-Palmolive's Global Total Rewards and HR Operations, managing the company's worldwide compensation and benefits programs, HR shared services, employee data governance, and technology solutions.  With 20 years at Colgate, Marty has held pivotal roles including Vice President of Global Benefits & HR Services, Chief of Global Legal Operations, and Vice President of Human Resources at Hill’s Pet Nutrition—one of Colgate's fastest growing divisions.

Before Colgate, Marty accumulated two decades of experience in human resources consulting.  As a partner at Kwasha Lipton and PricewaterhouseCoopers, he served as external HR advisor to organizations in varying industries and geographies, including Colgate.  He graduated with a degree in mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and is an Enrolled Actuary.
