Earlier in his time with Salary.com. Mr. Corby served in Manager of Professional Services and Senior Implementation Consultant roles from August 2005 to August 2012, where he maximized client satisfaction by providing on-site and virtual training on the CompAnalyst system and serving as a first-level escalation point for issues and concerns. He worked with marketing to create pre-sales collateral and case studies. 

Baxter Pharmaceuticals was the first client to use CompAnalyst as a Global system, and they needed the implementation completed in four weeks rather than the typical 4-6 months as their previous system was being sunsetted. Luke took charge of the project, working with the Baxter teams in the U.S., LATAM, APAC, and EMEA to collect 50+ market surveys and decentralized global HRIS data and collaborating with internal data teams to prioritize formatting and loading the data into the new system. Under his leadership and guidance, a new precedent was set for the size of clients that could utilize the system and services and the speed at which implementations could be completed, allowing Sales to confidently pitch CompAnalyst to global clients with an average deal size of $50K to $100K, resulting in signing clients like Google, eBay, Nintendo, and Amazon.
