Guillermo Villa is an accomplished professional with vast experience in human resources. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and Human Capital Operations at TelevisaUnivision (TU), the world's leading Spanish-language content and media company. Guillermo is responsible for designing and implementing the global rewards strategy for the company, which employs over 15,000 people and is the top producer of original content in Spanish across news, sports, and entertainment verticals.

Before joining TU, Guillermo served as the Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards at ACI Worldwide (ACI). Before that, he held various leadership positions in human resources at companies such as HBO, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Citibank, Willis Towers Watson, Microsoft, and Mercer.

Guillermo is an active member of WorldatWork, having joined the organization in 1997. He has served in several roles as a faculty member and director of their Society Board and their Global Advisory Council.

Guillermo holds an MBA from IPADE Business School and a B.A. in HR from Universidad Ibero Americana.
