Susanne Harris is a 20+ year human resource veteran who now leads compensation, benefits, wellness, and operations for the People Success organization at LendingClub. Susanne has grown with the company over the last 10 years, helping it evolve from a pre-IPO FinTech to the federally-regulated digital bank it is today. Before joining LendingClub in 2014, Susanne worked with a varied client roster, helping them establish benefit programs that aligned with their specific needs and company values. Susanne currently lives in Northern, CA with her daughter and labradoodle puppy.
