With over a decade of expertise in Compensation and Benefits and two decades in Human Resources, Jocelyne has been committed to building equity in the employee experience by leaning into empathy, transparency, innovation, and her customers' voice. She's spent her career building and rebuilding Rewards programs for global populations, from start-ups to large enterprises, including LPL Financial, Midland Credit Management (Encore Capital Group), Teradata, and Sony Electronics. Currently, she leads Zapier's Total Rewards function and is responsible for the strategy of Compensation, Benefits, Long-Term Incentives, Perks, Wellbeing, and Workforce Equity programs for a fully distributed global workforce.
