Rebecca has more than 20 years of compensation and benefits consulting and management experience working with both public and private companies, as well as tax-exempt organizations, of varying sizes across a broad range of industries. Her technical specialties include global executive and broad-based compensation and benefits strategy, design, implementation, and management; due diligence and integration in mergers and acquisitions; regulatory compliance and reporting; and cash and equity incentive plan design and calibration.
Prior to joining Salary.com, Rebecca held consulting roles at PwC, Mercer, and Towers Perrin (WTW). She also spent time in house at mid-cap and large publicly traded companies in Vice President of Total Rewards and Director of Executive Compensation roles, so she understands total rewards program design from a consulting perspective and implementation and management from a corporate perspective. Rebecca holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and is a member of WorldatWork and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
