Carl is SVP, Global Total Rewards for The Coca-Cola Company. He has extensive experience building Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, aligning approaches to base pay, incentives and benefits across global markets. Carl has worked in the Coca-Cola system for 20+ years, in positions of increasing responsibility including serving as legal counsel, leading HR Strategy, in multiple HR Business Partner and CoE roles.  Carl led Total Rewards at Coca-Cola European Partners from 2016-19, before moving to his current role at The Coca-Cola Company.
