Chris is Partner in Aon’s Talent Solutions Division, leading the Operations function for North America. He has been at Aon for 12 years and has 20 years of experience across Finance, Accounting, M&A and Operations.

In addition to partnering with internal business leaders to drive growth and operational efficiency, Chris has partnered with clients on a variety of Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives.

Prior to joining Aon, Chris spent 9 years with The Hartford Financial Group leading multi-year transformation projects across the Accounting, Finance and Operations functions.
