For the last 20 years, Melissa Anderson has been an HR Business Partner in various industries such as Fintech, Medical Device, and Pharmaceuticals. She recently moved to her current role at Worldpay, where she works on Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being of colleagues based on the organization's focus on inclusion, belonging, and well-being. Before joining Worldpay, she was the Global Head of Well-being for FIS, where she used her passion and experience in mental health to benefit the organization. She developed a comprehensive well-being strategy that covers physical, mental, financial, social, and career well-being to address the needs of their employees now and in the future. After changing roles, she wants to build a plan for Worldpay using what she gained from her experience at FIS and taking on more responsibility for Diversity and Inclusion.
