Tami Phillips is a Relationship Manager and Certified Equity Professional (CEP) within the Workplace Wealth Services business at UBS. She works to provide equity administration services for Fortune 500 companies. She works closely with other UBS partners such as plan administrators, service managers and operational staff to ensure the effective administration of corporate clients' equity compensation plans.

Tami has an extensive background in both stock option plan administration and 401k plan administration with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her experience in these areas has allowed her the opportunities to coach and develop employees and to drive process efficiencies and improvements. Tami joined UBS in 2005 and has worked to develop successful partnerships with corporate clients at UBS.

Tami graduated from Tennessee State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. She is also Series 6, 7 and 63 registered
