Josee is a seasoned professional who currently holds the position of Senior Director, Total Rewards for the Clinical Research Group, a global organization with 33.000 employees, within Thermo Fisher Scientific.

She has extensive international experience and expertise in Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits, global mobility, HR information system implementation, and rewards integration for mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Thermo Fisher, Josee served as the Head of Total Rewards for Europe and Apac at Patheon, a renowned contract development and manufacturing organization serving biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Josee's professional journey began as a compensation and benefits specialist at McCain Foods in The Netherlands, where she honed her skills in designing competitive compensation packages and employee benefits for Europe.

She has also worked in France, further broadening her international experience.

Josee holds a Master of Science degree in Pedagogical and Educational Sciences from the University of Groningen.
