Susan Schroeder, CECP, is a partner of Compensation Advisory Partners in Los Angeles. She has 25 years of experience advising Boards and company management on compensation strategies and incentive plan design. Prior work experience includes co-founder and partner of Vivient Consulting, a boutique executive compensation consulting firm, and a principal level consultant at Mercer and SCA Consulting. Susan has been a speaker for several WorldatWork Total Rewards and Executive Compensation Forum conferences, the Private Company Governance Summit, and Family Business Transitions conferences. She is an author of CAP’s surveys including Incentive Pay Practices with WorldatWork, Private Company Board of Director Compensation and Governance Report, and Family Business Executive Compensation Report with Private Company Director and Family Business magazines. Susan received an M.B.A. from The UCLA Anderson School of Management and an A.B. in Economics from Occidental College.
