Leah Brown is the Vice President, Total Rewards for Phillips Edison & Company. Ms. Brown joined PECO in 2015 as Compensation Manager and in March 2017 she took on responsibility for overseeing the company’s benefits programming as Director of Compensation and Benefits. Under her leadership, the PECO Beyond Wellness program has earned many accolades, including multiple top finishes in Healthiest Employers of Ohio, the United Healthcare Well-Deserved Award, the Waymark Collective Trailblazer award, and being named to the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America in 2023. With over 20 years of Total Rewards experience, Ms. Brown has been a Certified Compensation Professional since 2009. She previously served as Manager, Compensation and Benefits for Medpace, a Global Compensation Analyst for KAO Brands Company, Compensation Analyst at Fifth Third Bank, and Employee Benefits Tax Consultant at Deloitte. Ms. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Xavier University.
