Gwynne Zodrow is a Technical Director on the Strategy, Evaluation and Analysis team at Management Systems International (MSI). She has 15 years of experience managing and providing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical assistance to multiple clients. Ms. Zodrow has expertise in developing monitoring systems, strategic planning, scaling, evaluation, and results-based management. As part of MSI’s internal Equity Council, Ms. Zodrow led the Organizational Analysis Committee working to develop a results framework and indicators to measure and guide MSI’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) progress and practices. This work included developing and launching a company-wide DEI survey. Ms. Zodrow holds a Masters of Global Public Health from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Portland State University.
