Chris Woolery currently serves as the Compensation Manager for Burns & McDonnell, an Engineering and Construction firm headquartered in Kansas City. Burns & McDonnell currently employs more than 13,500 engineers, construction and craft professionals, architects, planners, technologists, and scientists globally. Chris began his career in a variety of college-based student recruiting positions before joining Burns & McDonnell in 2012, initially focusing on entry-level and intern recruitment. He transitioned to a compensation role in 2019. As Compensation Manager, Chris focuses on the development and administration of the organization’s compensation philosophy, ensuring both external competitiveness and internal pay equity for the rapidly growing firm.
