Lisa Webb is Director, Compensation Programs & Analytics at Humana, where she is responsible for enterprise pay programs, recognition, mobility, regulatory compliance and Humana’s job architecture. In addition to establishing effective rewards programs, Lisa has led the advancement of analytic capabilities that inform pay decisions as well as the development of education and training material to support advancement of pay transparency. Prior to Humana, Lisa held various roles at Mercer leading successful consulting engagements in several areas including Compensation, Global Mobility and HR Technology. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Louisville.
