Amy Stern is the Managing Director of Research and Strategy at BI WORLDWIDE. Her research has resulted in peer-reviewed publications, invited lectures, research awards and valued insights for clients. Amy's deep understanding of experimental psychology allows her to combine critical thinking and creativity to create custom research that gets to the heart of the impact of reward strategies on business. She uses this research to advice companies on how to positively impact the employee experience and business results. Amy serves on the board of directors for Recognition Professional International (RPI), sharing knowledge about and advocating for recognition and reward best practices.
