Jack Kelly has over 30 years in B2B Consulting space. Jack has consulted with hundreds of small to medium sized companies in that time. In addition to his duties as CEO, Jack is a lead consultant for OCA and has help set up multiple broad based and sales compensation and incentive plans that align teams to the company goals and motivate teams to exceed their targets.

In addition to helping organizations thrive, Jack serves on the of the board of trustees of Southern California of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as well as a Trustee on the National Foundation Board for Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity where he serves on the Development Committee. Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Jack is married with two kids and resides in beautiful San Diego, California where golf, baseball and dance take up his free time.
