Greg Johnson is a Managing Director and the Head of Total Rewards and Data Analytics at Perella Weinberg Partners. He leads the strategy, design and implementation of all Compensation and Benefits programs as well as overseeing the firm’s HR Operations and HR Data Analytics platforms.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Johnson was the Global Head of Total Rewards at SoftBank Group International which included oversight of Total Rewards programs for one of SoftBank’s investment arms focused on Latin America and balance sheet assets. In addition, he also supported the boards of directors and management teams of the firm’s portfolio companies to advise on Compensation matters including executive pay design, long-term incentive programs and overall Compensation strategy/philosophy.

Prior to SoftBank, Mr. Johnson was Global Head of Compensation at Apollo Global Management, one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world. Prior to Apollo, he was a Principal Rewards Consultant at Mercer, one of the largest HR consulting firms in the world, as well as holding various Compensation roles at Siemens, both here in the US as well as at the company’s headquarters in Munich, Germany. He began his career at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital as a Finance Analyst.

Mr. Johnson received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College with a double major in French and Business.
