She has assembled a team of professionals from the healthcare, data science, fraud investigation and insurance industries to craft innovative and effective solutions to decrease employer healthcare spending. Under her leadership, SmartLight Analytics has grown into one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, according to the 2022 Inc. 5000 list, where it ranked No. 148 on the annual list overall and No. 16 among software companies. Prior to launching SmartLight Analytics in 2015, Mrs. George worked as an independent statistical consultant, directed the Statistical Analytics team at Emdeon, and managed data intelligence within the compliance group at a large Blues Plan.
