Angelica Lamartino is the Senior Global Benefits Manager for Peloton Interactive. In this role, Angelica is responsible for strategic planning & day to day management of the benefit programs across 6 countries. Prior to joining Peloton, Angelica served as Director at WTW - a global insurance brokerage company. She held several roles over her 12+ years at WTW ranging from Health Insurance Consultant to Metro New York (MNY) Operations Leader and most recently, Global Transformation Coach. In addition to her various roles, Angelica served as Co-Lead of COBALT (Creating Opportunities for Black, African and Latinx Talent), Co-Lead for the MNY Social Committee and helped to launch & deliver SHE Leads (WTW's North American Women's Leadership Development Program). Angelica received a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). During her time at TCNJ, Angelica was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and the TCNJ Cheerleading team. Angelica joined the TCNJ Alumni Association Board in 2018, served as Vice President of Chapters from 2019 - 2022, President-Elect from 2022 - 2023 and currently serves as the President. Angelica lives in Cedar Grove, NJ. She enjoys baking, spending time with family, friends & her dog, Maddie, & of course, working out on her Peloton Bike & Tread!
