Mariann Madden is a Work & Rewards Director based in WTW’s Chicago office and co-leads the North American Pay Equity team which supports clients in defining, communicating, and evaluating their commitments to fair pay. She has over 25 years of experience as an advisor in the design of job frameworks and pay structures as well as defining the management and governance of them which are key in testing and validating if pay programs are administered in a consistent and fair manner.
