Dr. Fermin Diez has experience in consulting, corporate, academic, and boards in 40 countries As consultant he advised MNCs, local companies and public sector organisations in Rewards, Exec Comp, Sales Comp, HR Strategy and HR Analytics. As HR leader, he was Head of HR for two large MNCs in AsiaPac and in Latin America. He was the Deputy CEO at the National Council for Social Service. As an academic, he has won awards at NUS, at SMU and at NTU. He has written three books: ‘Human Capital and Global Business Strategy’, ‘The Remuneration Handbook: International Edition’ and ‘Fundamentals of HR Analytics’. He currently blogs about ChatGPT for HR and on the Future of Pay. Fermin is also recognized as a Top HR Influencer in Asia. He serves, or has served, on Boards and HR Committees for organizations in Singapore and abroad. Fermin has a PhD from SMU, an MBA from Wharton and a degree in Psychology from U. of Michigan.
