David Herrera is an Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry who brings more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in the leveraging of data-driven insights to optimize people strategies and organizational priorities.

David inspires clients to continually push the boundaries of what is possible in people analytics. David’s expertise lies in his ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies that drive productivity, performance, and organizational success. His strategic vision and approach provide advice to C-suite and functional leaders on business and talent strategies.

Mr. Herrera has led and coordinated projects in North, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

David holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Strategic Management.

Mr. Herrera started his consulting career in 2006 with Korn Fery (Hay Group) in Mexico City. He has also worked at Mercer, Towers Watson, and Sintec. He also held the position of Head of Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness at Soriana, second biggest retailer in Mexico with 85,000 employees.
