Mr. Herrera has led and coordinated projects in North, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
David holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Strategic Management.
Mr. Herrera started his consulting career in 2006 with Korn Fery (Hay Group) in Mexico City. He has also worked at Mercer, Towers Watson, and Sintec. He also held the position of Head of Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness at Soriana, second biggest retailer in Mexico with 85,000 employees.
